Okay, here's the problem. Christmas is coming up as you all know (hopefully) and I need to get a gift for my man. Sounds simple doesn't it? Not really, my man is the hardest person to shop for on this entire damned planet and I mean it. Hes the type of guy that already has everything that a guy could possibly want. He has a nice car, all new releases on video games and movies, a house, 4 computers, me, and a really good job.
Every time I ask him to give me hints on what he wants he gives this usual response "Its okay hun, you don't have to get me anything." I HAVE to get him something for Christmas. I've been with him for 5 years and I really want to get him something special.

So, what should I get for my difficult man?

I like the romantic scrapbook idea. Alternatively, you could get him some sort of hobby the two of you could do together that you think he would enjoy. It depends on what you both like: model kits, board games, kites, surfboard, badminton or tennis rackets, anything.

I really like this idea. It's something that can commemorate the past five years you've spent together. And you can also add more to it in the future.

I can't really think of any new ideas. Maybe you can think of one of his interests and then build on that.

I like this idea. Think "Up".

Another idea is to give him the gift of together time. Cook him dinner, or cook dinner together. Plan it together with a movie night, just the two of you. Go skating together. Take a long walk in a special place. Go dancing. Stay in and dance. Put on music, light candles, and cuddle. Get a book you can read aloud to each other. Get a gingerbread house making kit and spend an afternoon playing with candy. Etc. etc.

I went with the scrap book idea. He really liked it.

this is too late for Christmas but for next time watch ralphie may's special titled prime cut and give him the best gift you can give a man as Ralphie describes.
