Hi!
Firstly, your art is very good for someone who is 12 years old, and you should be very proud.
Your images which you call fanart, eyeballed from other pictures, don't really go down well with the general internet crowd, so although they may be fun or good practice - don't post them on Gaiaonline, because it's against the Tos, and you'll get flamed. : P
Aside from that, I suggest practicing anatomy. Your girls are very skinny, almost anorexic. Studying anatomy can help you learn to forms underneath the skin and how they react with movement. posemaniacs.com is a very helpful website for anatomy and such.
All these things come with practice though, so keep drawing and you'll do fine!

your works are nice ^^
neat lines and good concepts
but it still needs a lot of improvement
I can say that your work would be good enough for magazine art works in vector
cause their kinda stylized uniquely when it comes to their anatomy
except for the face and eyes which I think is anime

hairstyle: kinda similar to a lot of anime chracters I've already seen, I remember Rin Tohsaka having a similar style. Perhaps you can make this more unique by adding something to those hair accesories or you may try adding extra hair features

face: her face shape needs improvement, I can't see her ears, her eyes were not proportionate [ that's ok, sometimes ], it lacks emotion

clothes: I like those dangling crosses in her clothes, you may add some prints to her top. her skirt needs improvement, it's too small. Try looking at teens fashion magazines. Her leg warmers or socks has too much creases[folds]. darken the shoe wear and add detail

body: her bust is huge [ I dunno if you want to make it that way, kinda like sexy star body, if you want that, make her waist bigger too ], her legs doesn't look quite right and her arms are thin [ it's ok if that's part of your style ]

the pose: the hand on the back is quite disturbing, makes the pose unbalanced

--- start with a draft on the pose then add details

Collect your images: references or artist morgue
--- I get every magazine available at home and collect em, I've got boxes of em, quick references. [ eventhough people think I'm odd having girly magazines,,, they've got better fashion, guy magazines are plain in fashion ]

Draw draw and draw
--- I don't submit a lot of my works on DA cause their crap but I draw a lot, filling unused notebooks with tons of sketch crap :"]
