here i have listed the cards i use for a traditional beatdown deck, i am gonna duel old school with a friend and i need a bit of reassurance or help...it is kind of on a low budget, and pure luck. any suggestions.

If you mean "duel old school" as in "I'm going to duel using a deck that would've been used 6+ years ago" then you don't need help, you have pretty much nailed it.
