Can anyone who knows what's fairly okay check out my journal and tell me if in general, i'm eating alright things? I don't want to sacrifice unhealthy things, but I am learning to eat the in smaller portions.

It seems slightly like you might be eating slightly more processed foods, however processed v. not processed doesn't mean much in the long run. There's healthy eating habits and there's unhealthy eating habits, you can have them with any type of food you eat.
I'd say worry about portion size. If you're worried about cutting anything out I'd suggest dairy back scaling, but that's because it's full of fat and an easy way to cut calories. However that's totally not required or anything.
I thnk you're on the right track, there's nothing overtly wrong with what you eat.

well, that depends on what you mean by "the long run". For me, the only thing that really broke my plateau was eating less and less processed foods, and more whole grains, whole foods. In particular, whole grains are good for your heart, which is going to help you in the absolute long run you might say! They also help shift belly fat, which is never a bad thing wink
Your diet looks pretty good, based on the 2 days you put there. I agree with seraphsody on the dairy- its an easy way to cut back on calories and fat, especially the fettucini carbonara. Other than that, its looking pretty good!
