Eagles Head - me want critiques! n_n

Well I decided to give digital drawing another go but with the good ole paint sofware!
what I am asking is how should I make it so it looks more 3D?
does paint even do that sort of thing?
anyhow if you can tell me how to make it any way better it would be fantastic!

Maybe add some shading to make it look more 3D? Or perhaps use a different angle?

By the way, I think you're only supposed to have one thread and just update it when you want a new drawing looked at. ^_^
