You shouldn't. If it really does bother you, then there's no harm in running only 2. Personally I've been trying out 2 recently and haven't noticed a real difference myself. I never had dead draws with 3 though, might just be bad luck on your part.

That too. Make sure to pile shuffle after every game. It helps out in the long run

Make 6-8 different piles, put a card into each pile, and repeat til you've done the whole deck then shuffle

oh that... ok sure. now, i want to main deck a trap dustshoot. what should i move around? i thought about takin out 1 book of moon and puttin that in the side.

You can just add the dustshoot in if you'd like. Or try taking out 1 of the icarus if it was really giving you problems, choice is yours. The deck can work on 41 just fine.
