I'm not a scimitar expert, but I can comfortably say that her hand doesn't look like it's wrapping around the hilt behind the guard at all. Rather, it almost looks as though it's an extension of her first two fingers, which, while a cool idea now that I think about it, probably wasn't the intention.
You do plan on straightening the lines of the blade, yes? They're wobbly enough to be distracting. The hilt and guard also don't line up with the blade.
Here is a drawn scimitar, and here is a real one. Though it looks as though you're going for more of a
pirate cutlass, right?
Mostly I recommend having a look at the pictures I linked to see how both classes of swords are put together. I love that sash, though, and I don't really know why. x3
