okay so i just got my tablet last week and ive been really busy with it haha XD trying my best to get better at it
my style on it is very different from my traditional style
mainly because im a noob at the tablet XD
so yeah tell me what you guys think about these two

Nice, but when working in programs, try to stay away from the Burn & Dodge tool.

actually i dont use either of those O 3O
i use paint tool SAI and i just use the airbrush for shadowing then use the water tool to mix it

I don't want to be a downer but I don't really see much of a difference in skill (It's not like you were terrible >.>).

As for critique what do you want to know?
I can tell you his lower lip is fairly large, you might think the back of his head is shaved on the right side, he has no legs or hands, and his body is ginormus (huge). But I DID notice you labeled it a WIP --not much I can really say.

The syren one does look like you used the dodge/burn tool ; but I take it as if it was a soft brush, though I'd suggest you choose better hue's and not just 'darker' color.

I really like the last ones , you are getting better at handling your tablet ;I won't comment on your drawing as it is , since the topic of this is your tablet.
But yea pretty, good for starters, I got mine some time ago , and still can't even make a straight line :!

I must say your stuff is rather good! :'D I'm really happy to see that you're using a lot of perspective and interesting poses.

I'm going to focus in on Melo2, because it's my favorite sketch and I'm not very good with perspective :B
It's a good sketch, but there are some things I think you could work on. Her legs appear a bit short compared to the rest of her body and her left (our right) appeared awkward. I did some redlines to show where I think they should go. Concerntrait on some of that awesome detail that you have around the breast/shoulder/head area, because that bit's perfect. By detail I mean the subtle variations of muscles under the skin which just poke out in interesting ways that make her look interesting and believable.

In general focus on the musculature under the skin and how it affects the shape of the body in different poses.

With colouring.
Both artworks appear to be shaded only really close to the lines, almost like they've been taken in the dark with flash photography. Don't be afraid to move the colours across the form more, and adjust hue - not just saturation, to pick out shadows colours, some people make the colour slightly bluer, to create a cool feel to the shadows but you should play around with it.

I think you're doing great work, keep practicing!
I hope I wasn't to harsh, but I tend to be more detailed with adept artists. :>

oh yeah O uO i tried it make it look like her left leg was farther back so its higher up than the one in front and the shoulder you red lined looks better than the one i did haha
