Must be:
Literate- I like long posts, not like five pages, althugh if you do that I'll strive to match it. Paragraphs should be paragraphs, not two sentences.
Male or Female partner doesn't matter- guys can play girls and girls can play guys.
You bring the plot and settings. I'm fresh out of ideas, so if you want to rp, then please brings something to the table =]

I will rp almost anything. So far the things I'm hesitant on is anthro, yuri, and anything involving space. I'll rp series rp's as long as I know what it is and I'm my own character inthe world. If we're in X-Men, I won't play as Wolverine or Jean, but as my own chacater.
Everything else is open- which is why I won't list it all.
