Gachapon+Merchanting.
No NX?
Go merchant and do quests with good rewards or go train at places with good drops and pray.

I've seen clean WGs go for up to 500k..in a shop. You probably won't get much for it selling it in the entrance. (Although you might get lucky and sell it for quite some sum of money.)

I'd say look up what quests give what, there's like 2 NLC quests that give attack scrolls, also, lep hunting, if your 40+ you can probably hunt leps in Phantom forest, which in an hour or two can net you a couple mil.
Though, Gachaing is best way, no doubt about that.
