Mewtwo. Calm Mind+Aura Sphere=Dead Lucario. This is why Mewtwo is an Uber, and Lucario isn't.

I agree, definatly Mewtwo. Lucario was made popular by that movie, but it's not a legendary, and it's not all that strong. Mewtwo also wins for being one of the original 151 Pokemon and for being kinda evil in it's movie. <3
