ok so i gust got paid the other day and i want to update my inventry on cards but i wanna know what new packs are the best wich ones do you prefer and why thanks

What kind of deck do you play?
Do you play casually, or in tournaments?
If you play in tournaments; do they run advanced, or traditional format?
How much money are you willing to spend to, possibly, get something really good?
