character designs are good The rough sketch is over all almost perfect
BUT The girl sitting on the table.. Her legs are not proportional to her body. Somewhat too small or thin. Compare it with the girl with her hip exposed in the middle.

Nhikxter's right about the legs of the sitting girl being too skinny. Add more calf muscle. D:
>> Work on drawing hands >> Neck of the girl that's smiling up looks weird >> Shoulder of above girl also looks kinda funky >> When drawing try flipping the image to find other mistakes >> Arms of sitting girl relative to body are also rather skinny >> Sitting girl's head is rather long (The top of her head at least) >> Sitting girl's shirt needs a few more folds (under chest area to show more distictively that she has a chest, that is unless you're suggesting her shirt is rather loose instead of tight to moderate fit) >> Tie probably needs a few more folds unless it's supposed to be made of stiff material that doesn't fold easily (rather unlikely so add folds )

i think you have good skill, what you should learn more about is drawing faces from sideview and some proportions...

✖The girl with her face turned to the left, body facing us - her shoulders are a bit "poofy," most shirts don't normally do that, but some do. Her limbs are ✖a bit on the thin side. ✖All of the girls face's need a bit more detail, perhaps near the eyes or mouth. ✖The girl on the bottom looking to the right has an odd neck.
Don't think you're bad at drawing. I know people who can only draw sticks, keep working at it. C:

It's good. You should work on the legs of the girl on the table though. They seem a bit skinny, but other than that, great job 3nodding

The ears look flat try adding to them. Girl A's arm is I don't know shorter or longer then the other...can't tell the elbow is in a strange place. Your face's are okay, and the eyes too, but work on persepective.

Agree about the girls legs in the forefront. Maybe an adjustment in the layout. If your going to keep the girl (thats in the back) there then the one in front of her needs to be repositioned. All around very good but it justs looks a little off. Take a tracing of all of them and do a flip with all tracings. Just reposition them.(which means that the girl in the very back will have to have a full body). Very good though.
