Okay....I know I have a problem, and sometimes snapping the rubber bands on my wrists does help. But sometimes when I'm alone in my kitchen and everyone isn't in the house or in different rooms, I have the nerve to put a huge kitchen/steak knife to my throat and wrist when all else fails. Am I doing the right thing? I can tell you that I don't push too hard but just hard enough that it leaves a nice dent in my skin. Then I usually break down crying saying that I promised my bef (best emo friend).
