Heres the deal. This is not about losing tons and tons of weight. This is simply about losing 5 lbs. Example, here are my stats:
Starting weight (SW): 234
Goal Weight (GW): 229
Basically take your starting weight, minus five pounds and that is your Goal Weight.
You don't have to post every day but you can if you want.
SW: 234
Current Weight (CW): 232.2
GW: 229
It's that easy~! Drop in and out as you please.
