Steve Blum, Crispin Freeman, and Dave Wittenberg. They are the three perfect, top quality male English voice actors. This is probably why I regard Blood+ as one of, if not the, best anime to date. I don't know of too many female English voice actors I'm really crazy about with the exception of Wendee Lee. She rocks every character she plays, and I am extremely jealous of her sensual voice.
As far as Japanese voice actors go, my number one of all time is Kaneto Shiozawa. His voice just amazes me, with the way it is so cold but at the same time so erotic. Though, my current favorite living Japanese voice actor is probably Jun Fukuyama. I couldn't even watch the Kuroshitsuji dub after his performance as Grell. I was just like, "...That is horrible. That sounds like a man. No." Of course there are more people I would love to name, but I can't find their names anywhere.
