Then I think your screwed, just use him as a mule or create a new account and transfer all your stuff to the new account and forget about your old account.
You could try contacting Nexon, but they help as often as mushmom kills level 200's.

Sorry couldn't help more, my friend went through the same thing, and we both still haven't found a way to reset the birthday except by contacting nexon and hoping they'd help which we both know that doesn't happen often.
