Introduction to Journal:


This will be my weekly challenges of losing weight and exercising every week.
This journal will be where I record how much I lost in a week when I exercise/eat right/etc...
And when I don't do all the things necessary for a healthy lifestyle, I'll record how much I gained (or perhaps, lost) in that week.
I think this will be kind of fun. In my old journal, I really didn't post that often because I started playing handball/wallball with my friends so not that much time to post.


Format:

Notes:

I think this is going pretty well. I'm more active and I'm spending more time with my friends. Going to a festival thing today so I'm gonna have a lot of fun there.

So far, this really isn't going too well... because it's summer and the heat kills me, I've been getting too lazy to move/exercise or anything like that. That really isn't helping me... I should eat more fiber-filling foods and drink more water so I don't get dehydrated...

Weigh In:

Before the start of the week I was 107.6 pounds.
After the end of the week on Friday, I weighed myself and found that I have lost 1.3 pounds.
