Introduction to Journal:
This will be my weekly challenges of losing weight and exercising every week.
This journal will be where I record how much I lost in a week when I exercise/eat right/etc...
And when I don't do all the things necessary for a healthy lifestyle, I'll record how much I gained (or perhaps, lost) in that week.
I think this will be kind of fun. In my old journal, I really didn't post that often because I started playing handball/wallball with my friends so not that much time to post.
