Ello, I'm Amanda. I'm sixteen and I live in Michigan. I've tried to diet and get in shape many times before but it usually doesn't last more then a week redface I'm ready for that to change. I want to do it in a healthy way. I know I'm not considered overweight but I'm in terrible shape and I'd like to change that.

Stats
- Height: 5'8-5'9
- Weight: 150ish
- 1st Goal Weight: 140
I buy mahself new pair of jeans
- Ultimate Goal Weight: 130-135 or whatever I'm happy with =]
I buy mahslf a new bathing suit ^_^

Stuffs
- Eat breakfast everyday
- Cut out pop and energy drinks. If I do drink them only one a day.
- Cut out fast food
- Go running everyday and try to build up endurance
- Lift weights every other day
- Eat smaller portions
- Eat more fruits and vegtables and less junk
- Try to record everyday on here

I went for run first thing. Must remember to bring my inhaler. God damn you asthma *shakes fist* o.O

uno gummy worm (my bf made me eat it xD)

So today wasn't really the greatest diet/food wise. I was doing really good until dinner. I went running with my bf. He lives close to a track so we went up their. I've never been able to run more than 1/2 a mile because of my asthma and how out of shape I am. I really wanted to run a full mile and before we got around the track once he made fun of me for how slow my pace was. I know he didn't intend it to be mean but it made me feel like crap. Just the fact I was actually trying and I came across as being pathetic. I should have kept going but I stopped running. It made me want to give up on ever being in shape. So for the rest of the day I binged. I hate not having self control or self esteem.

3 strawberries
1 gramcracker

Lunch
tuna sandwich
health shake
1 piece of garlic bread

Dinner
Mac n cheese :O
Bbq pork

Snacks (all after dinner)
1 can of anw
Doritos
Cheese its
Ritz crackers

Awkward question but does anyone else have trouble dieting/working out while on their period?

I do. When I'm on my period I tend to get really hungry and lazy for some reason so I just eat... x.x
But instead of eating bad greasy food, fill up with veggies fruits etc...

YES! It is horrible I hate to admit I never even excercise on my period.
