Theres an old tale about the Spanish Armanda either landing or sinking around where I live. They got busy with the locals. wink
There is a higher than normal amount of people with black hair and Spanish looking skin.

Any that got washed up in Wales were clubbed to death by the locals. I suppose copping off with them is a rather better fate. Depending on the locals.

I'd opt for the Battle of Britain. Spanish Armada was seen off primarily by the British weather.

good ol' British weather eh whee you have to laugh dont you... anyways I hate to admit it but I was never really into history.. I mean, that's not to say I'm not interested in the history of Britain and all that but I dropped history at school because I was bad at it and I dont really know much about any of it sweatdrop
