Un-beef burgers:

Ingredients:

*1 cup Fiber 1 cereal (original)
*Dash of salt
*2 Cups Flour
*Your favorite seasonings (I like oregano)
*Appox. 1/2 cup water
*Oil

Method:

Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl, stir in water (add more or less depends on flour). It should be a thick paste, not chalky or runny. Heat oil in frying pan. Form mixture in two patties. Flip when bottom is browned and continue to fry until inside is cooked (About 10 minutes). Eat by itself or serve on a bun with your favourite burger toppings. Enjoy!

Anti-Fish Fillets

Ingredients:

*1 cup white rice
*Salt
*1 cup flour
*Lemon juice (optional)
*Pepper and any other seasoning of your preference
*2 1/2 cups water
*Oil

Method:

Put 2 cups water in pot with 1 cup rice and bring to a boil. Once boiled turn to medium heat until cooked. Strain any excess water and let rice cool a bit. Mix rice, flour, and seasonings in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of water. Mix to get a paste. Line frying pan with oil and heat. Form mixture into approximately 2 patties. Fry for about five minutes on one side, flip, add lemon spritz and cook for about ten minutes or until inside is cooked. Serve by itself (goes great with ketchup!) Or on a bun with your favourite fillet toppings.
