Just had to ask people this, did you know that he, Alice Cooper, used to be LDS (The church of Latter-day saints or mormon)? He even went on a mission, which is when you travel teaching god's words. He was banned from the church when he dyed his garments (Special church clothes) black and wore them on stage. Now I find that amazing because I've seen him in full stage make-up. Just some facts about an awesome singer.

He wasn't a Mormon, he was a Bickertonite. They come from a similar lineage (Joseph Smith), but the church he was part of was not affiliated with any other sect

The book and website I checked said he was Mormon.
