Gathering---May

[Kitsune Thistletree]

Kindlestar nodded and jumped on the Moon Tree, then waited for the medicine cat to follow before speaking, looking down at SnowClan and FireClan, and her whiskers almost twitched in amusement at the sight of both Clans together without ripping their throats out.

"Currently FireClan is doing well. We have a new apprentice, Thrushpaw, with us. New leaf has brought prey to our sandy lands, and there is no sign of a drought.

Dawnlight nodded, and puffed his chest out in pride at the mention of his apprentice, looking down at the other cats with a sneer.  

[Nights of Nyx]

Sagefire went up next, "All is well in Snowclan, with New leaf coming we have been blessed with more kits." She didn't mention that three of them were her own.

Kindlestar nodded as the SnowClan cats yowled in agreement. She looked up and saw that the moon was still up in the sky, and couldn't help but sigh. "I believe the other Clans really won't show up," she mewed, her black ears flattened against her head in worry.

Dawnlight yawned a little after the two cats were done. He had had a long day, and he couldn't help but wish he was back in the camp inside the warrior's den sleeping comfortably in his nest.

As the cats started to disperse, Kindlestar jumped out of the tree, relief noticeable as she stretched, glad to be back on the ground. She looked at Blazewhisper and told him to gather FireClan.

Once Blazewhisper had left, she turned to Sagefire and nodded a brisk farewell. "I am afraid the other Clans will not show up as they have been doing for the past couple of moons. This Gathering however has come to an end," she mewed, pointing up at the sky with her nose to point out the setting moon.

Shuffling steps caught her attention and she noticed that Blazewhisper was back, the Clan gathered nearby. "Let's go," she told Blazewhisper, leading her Clan back to the comfortableness of their own territory.

Dawnlight noticed as Blazewhisper ran around the cats, telling then that Kindlestar was leaving. He got up and waited until the leader was done addressing the medicine cat, his lip curled in disgust at the fact that she was addressing the medicine cat as an equal in the absence of the leader.

As soon as Kindlestar finished, she yowled her usual command and the whole Clan padded out of the moonlit clearing as they headed back home.

Sagefire nodded and jumped down to where her clan only was waiting. She told them to go on, and that she and Frostpaw has to go to the Moonpool. With that, her and her clan took their separate ways
