Update 2: I felt so awefull I worked on my elliptical and I ate only veggies, whole wheat, nuts, fruits and rice all week. I hit my elliptical three times this week for half an hour. I lost the weight I gained and an extra pound! I don't even mind giving up meat, so I'm trying to stick to this new eating habit. Not going 100% vegetarian but cutting down on my meat intake A LOT. Making sure I get my fat and protein from things like nuts and not mayo based sauces or meats.
Update: Well I managed to gain 4 lbs!!! I had only just managed to lose those pounds. I mean I had plateud for like a year, and finally lost an extra 5lbs, and was hoping to lose a bit more (not necessarily lose lbs on the scale but tone it up a bit.) Only now I'm 4lbs heavier! Those 5lbs I spent so long getting rid of back in less than a week. I feel just aweful, I swear I notice a difference when I look in the mirror, I feel a difference! I'm so angry. I'm not getting extremely strict with myself. Gona go try and use that anger on my eliptical trainer for as long as I can.
This morning for breakfast I had a very small portion of leftover spinach lasagna (smothered in cheese) and an apple. For lunch I had a 12inch veggie sub on whole wheat with sweet onion sauce. I think the whole 12inch sub has less than 6g of fat. Of course they don't mention how many carbs the subs have. I also had a juice box, a piece of cheese, a yogurt and a fruit salad (the kind in the can redface ) well not so bad. But I've been getting the veggie sub lately simply because I need to balance out the amount of fat and carbs I eat at home. sure enough, supper was St.Hubert (I think that's only in Quebec, but they are similar to scores) chicken and fries with gravy and that lil serving of coleslaw. Well after eating all that, I was still really hungry redface and my brother didn't eat his share. So I had his fries too and most of his chicken gonk I told myself I'd hit the eliptical trainer as soon as I digested it all. But 5 mins after supper, our show was on, we all went downstairs to watch, and then an hour later the mentalist was on too. So by 10pm I'm not feeling like working out anymore. I'll do it tomorrow, but my then, all this fat will have been digested gonk I actually FEEL fat, I'm all bloated, this has been a horrible week. cake, and chips, and junk and junk and junk. I eat healthy on my own but none of my family or friends do and so I always end up eating the same things they do. stressed

:/ some days are just worse than others. but don't punish yourself too much or give up! maybe you could ask your family and friends to be more supportive about your weigth loss? or ask them to go for a walk/jogging with you!

I hate it when my family doesn't support me. My parents always try and shove fatty foods, avocados and other things into everything I eat when I go there. ._. I love avocados, but not the way they force them on me.
Today I also feel fat, I ate like... three helpings of a pasta that I made last night, (my province just had an election and my party didn't win... again..)

Today was better, I didn't get around to mowing the lawn or working out, but I walked a lot. Breakfast was a strudel and some fruit, okay the strudel was bad but there's not a lot of healthy choices in my house and I was in a rush. Lunch was a veggie/tofu wrap on a rice bread with Thai sauce and an oatmeal bar. Supper was a rice an feta salad, some baked low fat fries and some cashes.

I ate PERFECTLY today; mostly vegetables, fruits, and milk products. 1200 calories, DONE. And four liters of water!
Then my sister and mother came home, and I downed some cookies and A WHOLE BAG OF CHIPS, to myself.

We should call this the confessions thread. ._.
I was the same Pink, I ate perfectly yesterday, went home, had friends over, ate a bag of chips and made cookies and ate like five of them. I made them! I knew they were chocolate, flour and ******** oil! It was terrible!

even though I order the vegetarian plate every time I eat at Amir. I've come to realize their rice is cooked in oil. EVERYTHING is cooked in oil! I get sick of subway everyday, I can't be bothered to make a lunch (ends up costing more) I like variety but I wish Amir had some kind of info on their food!
