larcdear I guess I missed it, but how old is OP? From what I can tell, you're still in middle school, right? You have PLENTY of time to find somebody you like. And that whole "fat + ugly + r not kool" thing shows that maybe you should do a little bit of maturing before you get involved with anyone. My boyfriend of almost 3 years is heavy and not the prettiest guy in the world, but he means more to me than anyone. Don't date somebody just to fit in with your friends. It'll hurt the guy's feelings and make you look bad too. u hum... im A JUNIOR IN HIGH SKOOL!!!!! + i gess ur righ.

i totally understand wat u mean...i was always the 1 in high school that didnt have a bf...while most of my friends did...but i had a great time in high school w/o a bf...sincerely i dont think u need a bf rite now...i dont want 2 sound mean but...the chances of u staying w/ ur high school sweetheart are less then none...so it doesnt really matter...all that matters in life is 2 be happy...n u dont need a guy 2 make u complete...the rite guy will come along when he is suppose 2...so dont worry abt it...when u least expect it he will be rite there...

It sounds like you have some maturing to do before a serious relationship anyway.
Just remind yourself about how great you are, and how you don't need a boyfriend to make you feel better.
And make sure to schedule activities with your friends without their boyfriends.
And having a boyfriend for the sake of having one is a mess. Don't do it. Ever.

June-iful just pick a guy and ask him out then ask another guy out and another and another until you find one you like I don't think that's a good idea. First, you could find sone really lame/clingy/etc boys like that. Also, you might be viewed as a slut jut saying. I mean it's only dating right? But you should just wait for the perfect guy for you, no matter how soon.

i feel the same sorta. i mean, jsut yesterday all my friends were hanging out and i litterally had to CHASE them . then they went with a group of guys they knew and they didnt' even INTRODUCE me. liek WTF.
i hate being left out. but i broke up with my bf and well i'm pretty lonley. i mean, like once you get a taste of how good it feels to have a bf you just need it!

I was the same way.
Extreme jealousy issues. But I kept telling myself that they were still friends with me, they just didn't want to spend time with me 24/7. It sucks, but I got used to it.
And now I have a man, so I'm not a third wheel anymore.

You shouldn't find someone, just because your friends have someone. Also, that sounds pretty shallow to not be with a guy because he isn't your term of "cool". You will be missing out because a girl who does realize how great his is. Might be better off then you.
I never use to have a fiancé, 5 years ago. But I was fine with it, if they want to date they can. I can be fine on my own, til the right man comes along. I waited and he did.

JangmixYumi You should get yourself a man biggrin Although I agree, its prefectly normal to feel that way!!!! I understand how you feel, in my group of friends, I'm one of the very few over achievers...so all my friends are getting boyfriends/girlfriends and when we hang out, I feel really lonely.... but you know, I'll find someone! and so will you! biggrin same here some times i feel left out but i will find the right one!! n yhu will find the right one someday too!!
