Trying to focus on fitness, I'm also trying to focus on eating properly as well. It's been tough, but I've made some progress. I haven't really been overeating, even if I haven't been really WATCHING what I've been eating. But I have been... overseeing it? It's hard to explain, I'm not going to be counting calories really. At least I'm trying not to.

I'm still going to record my weight, 188.2 right now. Which is pretty good.

Yesterday I didn't eat *well* but I didn't eat poorly either. I'm very proud of myself really. I didn't exercise which is the badness of yesterday, ... hell. I didn't exercise all weekend.

I did fix my bike though so I'll be riding it around today.

Today:

Eating: 10/10.

I ate perfectly within approporateness today. I'm very pleased with myself. Tomorrow, green smoothie!

Exercise: 7/10

I did 15 mins of the podrunner week one podcast and walked for the other 15 min.

... next week. WHOLE PODCAST!

Today:

Eating, jury's in now, 6/10, not great, not terrible either.

Exercise: 10/10 I rode to school and back and let me tell you after running yesterday and biking today I've got sore muscles I didn't know I had.

This is my week's goal layout

[done] Monday: 15 min week one C25K (I walk the rest)
[done] Tuesday: Ride to school, Ride home,
[done] Wednesday: Birthday! : P A little walking
[done] Thursday: Ride to school. Ride home. OMG walking
[done] Friday: SWEET JESUS MOVING FRIENDS!
[done] Saturday: GOOD GOD STILL MOVING FRIENDS!
[done] Sunday: Moving god damned boxes! Riding at bike polo.

I've been doing pretty good, lately I've been eating big meals, but I've also been moving friends and let me tell you that's tough. I haven't been going crazy though and by no means have I been over eating, my calories are still roughly below 1900-2000 per day.

My weight's been creeping around, but I think it has to be muscle mass, there's no reason for me to gain weight.

Down to 184 now, moving has wrecked havoc on my eating schedule but I've been getting a proper amount in and I'm not feeling hungry, and I'm not overeating. So that's kind of all I care about (well, no, I'm eating healthily as well.

I'm giving up coffee I think. Hopefully. I'm going to switch off between yerba mate and oolong in the mornings I think.

New room mates moving in today, here's hoping that's the last of the heavy boxes.

[done]Monday: Moving things! AUGH!
[done]Tuesday: Rest.
[done]Wednesday: Ride to school, ride to home from rose's house.
Thursday: Ride to bike shop, ride to school, ride home.
Friday: OH GOD REST.
Saturday: Bike polo?
Sunday: Gym. (my arms need work too!)

I can find things at Value Village from size 12-14! I'm definitely a size 14 pants but I got two size 12 skirts. I'm SO pleased. I have to work my arms and abs more. Which means I'm going to try .... try try try try TRY to get to the gym twice a week from now on. ._. And do push ups and arm exercises as well as sit ups and side to side exercises and stuff at home.

Oooook. I ate incredibly poorly last night. But, one night being the first in a very long time is not that bad.
