So, I hooked up with a chick in this guild named Liz and we decided to be weight loss buddies.

We work out every OTHER day, so that's 4 days a week.
We match each other's work out duration. If she does 30 mins, I do 30 mins.
This started for us on Tuesday and so far, I have lost 2.4 lbs.

2.4 lbs. eek Biggest loss I've had in only a week. I'm very proud of myself and super excited to get into shape by June 1st.

Here's what I've been doing.

30 minute Cardio Dance
4 lbs weight training on each arm for 1 minute.
10 minutes on the Elliptical machine.
Green tea every single morning.
1550 caloric intake.
Water only, juice on weekends (100% juice)
Junk food consists only of Sun Chips & Gum

I get to eat what I want, as long as it's portion controlled, and no doubt I like to substitute too. I eat wheat pasta instead of white pasta, brown rice instead of white, wheat bread I can't eat because I'm allergic to wheat, so I stick with wraps. I take the stairs instead of the elevator. I also walk everywhere instead of taking the bus.

Ergh. So today is no workout day. Today is TONE UP DAYYY. If I'm not doing cardio, I'm doing weight training.

Yesterday was really something. Oh man I was so hungry and craving more food, but I sucked it up and chomped on some carrots. I looove carrots, and I had a big cold glass of water too so my hunger pang was gone. I am very tempted to weigh myself, but I can't. That's one of my goals, not weighing myself everyday, because I may get discouraged by seeing no loss. It's better to be taken by suprise at the end of the week.

I did 10 minutes on the elliptical and about 15 minutes of dance. I was so tired, I couldn't do another 15minutes of dance afterwards. Im gonna have to jump rope today or walk to make up for that, even though it's not cardio day.
