With his limiting being lifted from this format, it begs the question, can we actually run 3 effectively?
His effect states that it can only be used "Once per duel".
Does this mean that each copy can use this effect once in the duel, or can the effect in general only be used once?

Ruling has been made that you can only use the effect once. Not once each.

Actually apparently we haven't taken on the OCG ruling and you can use each one once per duel. Of course this could be more crud from my local TO.

Well it makes sense, why run the allowed 3 when you only get a hit off the effect once?

The simple fact is we need for Konami to hurry up with it's own ruling section along with a rulings forum. Right now we're relying on old rulings and the set Konami released on Crimson Crisis.
