Personally I prefer the Manga. The plot makes more sence and you don't see Weevil and Rex after Battle City.

Sub End: Jaden duels Yugi but we don't see who one, but we have an idea then Jaden says he's gonna beat yugi next time or something like that than ran off into a random desert saying gotcha with phaoroh the cat and the spirit of that dude who was called azazel or azreal or something.

Dub End:Jaden and Yubel fuse and everybody returns home. The End.
