Ok guys this is something on 3FC that I really enjoy and love.
Heres the deal. This is not about losing tons and tons of weight. This is simply about losing 5 lbs. Example, here are my stats:
Starting weight (SW): 189.4 Goal Weight (GW): 184.4
Basically take your starting weight, minus five pounds and that is your Goal Weight.
You don't have to post every day but you can if you want. So tomorrow my stats may look like this:
SW: 189.4 Current Weight (CW): 187.3 GW: 184.4 (2.9 lbs left!)
It's that easy~! Drop in and out as you please.
First person to lose 5lbs starts the next thread~! 5 lb Challenge #2!

Starting weight *sigh* 210.0 Goal weight 205.0
Yeah, I know. I started at about 240, went down to about 175, and I'm back up. I won't say "No worries," but I will say that this too shall pass. I'll get back down there. I'm recommitted.

Thanks to too much rice and staying up late and eating, I gained a pound instead of losing weight. So.
SW: 205 CW: 206 GW: 200
I would like to get to my goal, or at least to 201 by the end of march. So that means some work for me. ._.
