Monday is when I really started trying loosing weight. ( Again. D ; ) By Wednesday, I had lost 5lbs. By thirsday, I had lost another 3lbs. When I checked thismorning ( Friday ) I was down another 2lbs.
That's 10lbs in five days people!
Now, part of me is exited, because I just reached my first 10lbs. But the other part of me is worried. I shouldn't have lost that much in less than a week. Three pounds is decent amount, but ten?!
It doesn't seem healthy to have lost that much so quickly. D ;
I'll be posting my daily routine/food intake below.

Did you weigh yourself at the same time each day? where you wearing the same amount of clothing? Is it possible you were bloated before, or drank less before you weighed yourself. Did you do number 2 before weighing yourself, lol. Sometimes I randomly weigh like 2-3lbs more or less, not really sure why. 10lbs does seem like a lot.

I lost my weght fast too. it was probably because I normally would have eaten chips, candy, soda and other really bad stuff every day..
how much have your eating habits changed?

A good portion of that is likely water weight. "If your stomach feels weak my work here is DONE."
