I normally eat whole wheat bread as everyone who has made this lifestyle change [I refuse to call it a diet, as this is permanent for me, if I want to be successful] recommended // forced it upon me.
I really like the stuff now.
Problem is, whenever my mother shops for noms without me, she gets excessive, and I am a follower of "waste not want not". We have several seven grain loafs.
Would that be a good substitute for a bit?
Is either particular better or worse?
