Quote Game!

I was just on a Wicked guild, and they had one forum where one person says a quote (and a series in this case), and then the next person says who said the quote. If they got it right, they'd say another quote and series, and so on. I thought we could do the same thing. I'll start it off with an easy one:

I believe that would be Garak - one of the few Cardassians I like. I think it's even in one of the later epis - when they're trying to retake Cardassia....
