This is the story of a boy named Tohmas Mitgar, an average 17 year old with ok grades, sevril friends and one true friend. There is one thing he has that some others call him weird for, he's teriried of all types of canine. As a child he was 'atacked' by a group of various dogs, he was too little to under stand that they didnt mean to hurt him, they where just trying to play.
One day his closeist friend Kevin Alvik decided to bring him some where special on his birthday, tom wasent sure why he had to wear and blind fold and headphones turned up to the highist volume playing 'Disturbed'. He knew he was in a car headed some where a good while away. Once he felt the car stop, he felt his friend help him down out of the car a moment later, after walk about 30 feet he got a smell of the air and almost gaged, it smelled like he was around someone who hadent taken a bath for a good 2 weeks. He felt the headphones come off at the same time as the blind fold and gasped in terror when he realized where his friend had taken him.
Part 2
Tohmas tried to run but his friend had a good grip of his left arm, Kevin was alot stronger than him.
"Dude, let go, i dont want to be here!" Tohmas yelled out with a little bit of rage
"No, you need to get over your fear of dogs." Kevin was trying to keep calm
"But at a ******** dog pound, this is a little extrem!"
"Calm down, were in the puppy area"
Thomas looked around to see that kevin was right, they were in a room where about a dozen puppies were running around. Thomas flinched when he felt one of then jump up at his leg.
"Pick it up" Kevin said as he was sneaking away from Tohmas "It wont hurt you, it just want some atention"
Tohmas slow reached for the little pup, he was terrified at first, but he knew that he'd be stuck there until he gave this a chance. The puppy was a 4 month old rat terrior, it was the smallest dog in the room so tohmas was releaved that it wasendt the 7 month old German shepard. Where he picked the pup up it wouldent stop moving around a whining, for about an hour he just stood there frozen as the puppy kept rubbing his head against him trying to get pet. What made tohmas finaly pet the pup was at a point the little dog stoped moving and just stared at him.
Kevin just smiled and walked out of the small room while Tohmas was finaly smiling at the little puppy.

Part 3
Thomas awoke in his room, it had been about 2 weeks scince his friend had brought him to the pound, at first he was a little pissed at Kevin for tricking him. He rolled over to the side of his bed and reached over onto his night stand to grab his phone to see what time it was.
"nine thirty seven....." he set the phone back down and rolled back to the other side of his bed. "to early..."
He wrap his arms around some thing furry and warm, about the size of a small pillow, he felt it lick him and he shot out of his bed to look at the small dog from the pound looking at him with a face that says 'what game is this'. Tohmas sat back down on his bed and snikered a little as he pet the small dog the cuddeled against him wanting to be pet.
He had alomst forgot why kevin brought him to the pound, his idea was that if tohmas could get along with a small pup then he should get a puppy and have it grow up and get bigger, once it got to a certain size they would go back and get a second puppy that would get very big. Tohmas thought it was a bad idea at first. He still told kevin that it was, In truth he was slowly starting to like dogs, he found his new friend quit funny at times.
The little dog was a mut that looked like a pure breed rat terrior, it was curently 9 months old and the size of a 2 liter. It was a female that had black and brown on its face and a large black spot on its left side of its body. Tohmas named her.... well he didnt have a name for her yet he you kind of called her the puppy, he thought of names just never quit found any thing he liked.
