there are members in this guild that need to step it up a notch....check the rulings, check the rulings, check the rulings.....read the rules....etc. etc. etc.

Some of these members are still new too this game or have had little practice against professional duellists so have had little help with the rulings.

cirkinfinite why would they ask such things? because people think they can play it during battle just because the card's ruling doesn't specifically say that it can't.

I fully understand that a beginner is to make mistakes such as this one. My concern is that the guild may not be as involved as it should when it comes to educating those that are new and/or do not understand concepts, rulings, and mechanics of the game.
