dieting pills?

succesfully?

I'm pretty sceptic about them
but if anyone has any stories
I'd like to hear :3

I haven't used diet pills myself, but I've got a good friend who did use them. She lost a lot of weight and looked really great. However, the pills come with a warning: they shouldn't be used for longer than six months. So, she stopped after six months. She did keep exercising, and she also began a very sensible nutrition plan.

It didn't help. The forty pounds she'd lost came back in three months, followed by another twenty-five over the next six months. Every benefit she'd gotten from the pills was negated in under a year. Now no amount of dieting or exercising will help her, these five years later.

I was considering diet pills, but after doing research I decided not to risk anything. So far I'm doing fine without them.

The best reason to NOT take diet pills is not the health risks associated with them, but the fact that it's not a life change that will help you keep the weight off. It's just ... fake. Temporary.
