The Beatles were wonderful poets. In every song there is a hidden meaning. Their lyrics are beautiful.

What are your favorite lyrics?

Mine Are:

Most of the lyrics in Let It Be. I love that song.

One of my favourites would have to be all the lyrics from 'Long, Long, Long'. But I think every single one of their songs have great lyrics and that's what made them so amazing. smile

I always really loved the lyrics to that song, especially the end. I mean, I guess it wasn't that amazing to rhyme "good" with "wood", but just the song altogether has great lyrics.
Also, of course, Strawberry Fields Forever, and A Day in the Life. Those three have probably my favorite lyrics.

Also, Strawberry Fields is of course amazing, and I am very fond of Within You Without You.

My personal favorites are Across the Universe, and I'm Fixing a Hole.
I'm fixing a hole where the rain gets in and stops my mind from wandering. Where it will go?
And it really doesn't matter, if I'm wrong I'm right, where I belong I'm right where I belong. See the people standing there? They disagree, and they never win and they wonder why they don't get past my door.
