I'm still slowly losing weight.
currently 119lbs, sometimes a bit less.

If that's what you want then it's a good thing, congratulations! However, the traditional diet with around 1500 calories nourishes like... a 100 lb body on someone who's 5'6'', that's what it takes to sustain that body with no exercise, so if you ever want to stop losing weight and just maintain you should check out a BMR calculator. They're very cool.
