Yes, I have a bit to much, yes I plan to get rid of it all the healthy way.
So please, give me support on my weight loss, and I'll give you support on yours.

Ok, so I guess I'll tell you a bit about myself.
My name would be Mackenzie, but everyone calls me Kenz. <3
I am only 14 years old, but I'll be 15 March 9.
No, I am not obsessed with my weight, and I don't plan to be anorexic.
I love food to much. <3
Anyways, I love to exercise, but I also like to just sit around.
I plan to eat only 1000 calories a day..
That may not be healthy to you but I'm never hungry on a normal day..
Or rarely. I mean, most of the time I don't eat breakfast or lunch.

Anyways, here's is some personal info about me.

Height: 5"1
Weight: 147 (66.7kilograms)
BMI: 25.1
BMR: 1476.2
Jean size: 7
Shirt size: Medium

So I've set a few goals for myself, and I want to make sure I actually do them. xD
So I'll post them up, and add maybe more as time goes on.

I'd like to be 110-120lbs by June.
[x]Number 2[x]
More veggies. Or more like Celery and Carrots.
[x]Number 3[x]
More fruit. Maybe..
[x]Number 4[x]
More exercise, like 2-3 hours a day. <3
[x]Number 5[x]
Be a size 3 in jeans. o:
[x]Number 6[x]
Be size small for shirts.

And more to be added in the near future. biggrin

Ok, so tracking the progress.
I won't be able to check my weight daily because I have no scale.
And it might not even be monthly. But I suppose I'll do progress threw pictures, and so I can See a difference and all that.
And when i get a chance to go on a scale, well I'll do just that.
Then I'll put it here, like I should. <3

Biggest update:

December 30 2008- New years resolution found.

Going to lose weight, and be healthy by the summer.
I hope I can stick to it though. haha. <3

xD Damn, my first meal today is a bagel, with a large hot chocolate.
Better go see how many calories are in it..

Ok so, right now after seeing all the DDR threads I feel like playing mine.
But I haven't played it in months, so my feet will feel weak quickly.
I used to play for 2-5 hours a day..
In the summer though. D:
Now I have school so I can't play for so long.
In any case, I think I'll try to play for an hour or two daily.

P.s
I may also be getting the wii fit.
I hope it's a good fitness kind of game..
I want to lose quickly. <3

I know what you mean about being out of prac with the DDR, I used to play mine all the time too. And the wii fit rocks. I'm visiting my dad right now and they have one here, it's addictive eek

I used to be on DDR constantly for two weeks..
And then school started up.. and I also went camping so I guess that's when I stopped.
Well, I hope so.
I might get one soon, like tomorrow. xD
I was like 'Dad, I'll pay half of it..'
and so he was like 'ok. sure'
So I'll probably get one soon. <3

Ok, so I've been in the hospital and grounded for the last 2 weeks.
Forgive me for not updating sooner.
But overall everything is going good. n.n
I've lost some weight, which is good.
I'm now 62.6 kilograms which means 138.009lbs.
Yay lost like 9lbs. <3
I'm glad it's finally happening.
So so so glad. n.n
Anyways, I'll update again later.
With what I ate and all that.
