Okay, while christmas shopping today, I noticed that I had a shitload of money left over so I decided "why not" and bought a pack of crossroads.
I pulled
-a few morphatronic cards (i'll never use them =P)
-Teleport (meh)
-Giant Trap Hole (a recently, by me at least, realized answer that people could have to my toon mermaid swarm)
-Mosaic Manticore (this one had me cream myself over what I could get for it from people in my town. In case you don't know, my town only really hosts traditional format matches and, as you know, that means that, when it is released, the brionic + premature combo is AOK.)
-Zombie Mammoth (possible zombie-burn with shien's spy)
-Red Ogre (amazing artwork xd )
now, the last one is the one I have a couple questions about.
1) Would Red Ogre work in a DAD deck? If you don't know, he's an earth zombie who's effect is:
"When this car is normal summoned, you can send any number of cards from your hand to the graveyard to return an equal number of cards from the field to the owners' hand."
So, basically, if you had the right hand, you could wipe the field and bring out DAD for a combined...5600 unblockable damage >.>
That's...not too shabby if I do say so myself but, hell, what do I know =P.
2) Is sending cards to the grave considered a cost? I know, stupid question, but I want to be clear before I end up slapping it in a dark world deck by mistake.
