I really need to lose weight, especially if my blood test comes back and it says I have arthritis. I'm only 18, but I need change. I'm 5'5" and 210lbs. I prefer IM because I feel more connected with people. If you'd like to chat and support eachother, my AIM is migotokokoro. Thanks guys! ^_^

I didn't know you could determine arthritis through a blood test O.o interesting. I had joint pain when I was like 10 years old and I was veeerrryy overweight. But I was also at risk for diabetes, and that's what really scared me!

Wow I'd love to talk to you on AIM ^_^ my name is sherbielove but I have a question, what parts of weight loss do you feel comfortable talking about? I tend to need a buddy to work with or else I lose motivation and the more I have the better XD
