I'll consume perfectly good, healthy foods during the day, and loads of green tea and water, maybe a chocolate two, only to be dismayed when late at night [it's eleven PM] I am starving.
I have a hard time falling asleep, and I am more productive in the later hours, but this seems to be one of the roots to my weight issue. ._.
And generally, it's just bread.
I'll munch on some jhalla [fluffy Jewish bread, might have slaughtered the spelling] or half a bagel, or Pocky.
It's driving me insane, I need to stop!
Also, does anyone know as to why breakfast makes me ill?
