No one can trace the root of the original vampires, but no one can deny that they came about somewhere in Europe. Around that time the first tales of human-to-wolf shape shifters emerged.

These ancients of the world of the night, despite their immortal nature, are mostly gone. Few have lasted the eons, for time wears away at all things. However, these old vampires and werewolves are not gone... they still exist in this world stronger than ever...
