Goal Weight: 160
Pounds to Lose: 63



Myself:
I've been chubby since before I can remember.
I was diagnosed with Hypothyroid when I was 10. Figures!



Hobbies:
Animals, Artwork
Sports? LOL NO. Except Swimming.



I found a free online calorie counter service.
I find it helpful.
Only, it's a little bit hard to figure out.

if you find fitday confusing, you could try http://www.thedailyplate.com Thats what i use, its pretty simple. I was also confused by fitday whee

Breakfast - Trix cereal with Milk
Lunch - Tuna sandwhich (Tuna, celery, sharp cheddar, wheat bread, light mayo)
Snack - Brownies (nooo!)
Dinner - Potatoes, chili, sour cream, cheese

Exercise
10 minutes of playing with mah dogs
10 minutes of weightlifting


11/17/08
Breakfast - Coco puffs with milk
Lunch - Fruit smoothie (Blueberries, Blackberries, milk, frozen orange juice from concentrate)
Snack - Brownies (Nooo!)
Dinner - Not quite there yet. biggrin

try switching out the sugary breakfast cereals for something else. Empty sugary calories wont help you to your goal.

Hey! You're starting at the same weight I restarted at! We can be buddies! : D I've only lost a few pounds (Or perhaps gained some.)

You're also much taller. ._. Still. Yay!

Whew! I haven't been around a lot Dx
Yay lady schist! let's be BUDDIES!

I got a job. *squee*
Which requires me to stand for 8 hours a day. My feet are killing me.

EDIT: AND I take the bus both ways! That's like an hour of walking total!
I haven't weighed myself since I got the job (three days ago) but I'm sure SOMETHING's gunna change.
