Name of this one shooter

I was wondering what the name of this video game was. The Commercial was some woman talking on the radio to the american allies, she's waring red lipstick, at the end she moves and it turns out she is a Nazi.
What is the name of the game? I haven't seen the commercial come back on in a while. & youtube isn't working.

Makes me think of Command & Conquer but that's not an FPS but a RTS
