Well I am glad I found you. I am sorry that you are feeling lousy today. I think we all have those days and I am sad to say that some times there is no getting out of it.
I know when I am thinking of an ex, some times to get over it I just have to do it. Does that make sense? I even have a memory box that I get out and just feel bad, until I have had enough. Then I carefully put away the items and put the box away and most of the time I feel a little better.
