Hello guys.
I joined this forum a while back but I never thought it necessary to post, becuase I went away from my 'omg fat' phase.
Well now, I've actually started doing something about it. Before I would eat healthily maybe a day or two then say 'eff that' and go back to eating junk and not excersizing XDD
But this time I've been eating healthily with a few down days for about 3-4 weeks. Not super duper healthily, and I haven't seen any dramatic changes, I still feel fat and whatever.
Well, I know I'm not really fat. I'm chubbier than most, lets say. But still, I don't like being like this so I'm trying hard.
Annnd I recently got some exercise videos and have done them only once a week for 2 weeks. I'm a student so I have a super busy life. I go to boarding school which makes it kind of hard to know exactly the amounts of things in the meals I get.
Anyways, I really hope to recieve help and maybe help in return.
