Hey, so, my goals and stuff, and my basic plan, and stuff, and ....well, journal like stuff!

current weight: 268 goal: 140-160 time frame: 2 years weekly challenge: 1-2 pounds
How I will do it:
-slight diet changes including:more unprocessed foods, lots of water -my exercises: ddr, wii fit, play with my sisters, just move, para para!

I find walking with praise music helps me to keep going.
Thank you God for always being here with me, and letting me be part of a group, that will help me to fight against myself in this battle of weight loss.

smile Walking is definitely a good start, and the uplifting praise music would definitely be a motivator!
Although in my case a lot of techno and heavy metal is my motivator, the techno for the rhythm, the heavy metal style music for the agression. Rawr.
