you technically don't have those digimon anymore haven, you quit the guild and are now joining again. That means you need to start from scratch I think.

I got tired of doing nothing, and waiting around for something new to pop up, it was a bad reason I guess to quit lol.
about the digimon, I have no clue, I will ask grandwing about it.
