TOS Remastered

I am some what of a purist. so when I heard about the rerelease of the Original Series with the updated graphics I was kinda upset. To me TOS was that way because it was meant to be that way. Roddenberry and the others did the best they could with what they had and it worked so why mess with it. Then Saturday night I saw one episode. "The Deadly Years" and I was like WOW. It really does look amazing. the ship looks better than ever and the planets are completely different. I still like the old version , but the remastered stuff is pretty cool.

I saw those in the store and wondered how much they changed.
They entirely redid the effects? That's pretty crazy.

I haven't seen any of the remastered ones, but I agree with you about what you thought. I loved the corny effects. They were sensational.

You know what? I could care less about graphics and whatnot. The only things I care about are genuine performances by the actors and a well-planned storyline. (And the humor, of course.)

Yeah. I'm old school. XD
